I’m a former English teacher, published author of short stories, poems and memoir, and freelance writer. I have a novel I’ve been picking at for a decade. As my two daughters became more and more independent, I started traveling to writing conferences and retreats, taking writing courses through UW-Madison Extension, and visiting Iowa’s Summer Writing Festival. I’m someone who is often curious and occasionally frustrated by not having the time I want to explore all of my interests. That’s where this blog comes in. I’m retired now, and I intend to explore three of my loves—writing, wine, and wellness. I know you’d probably love to explore those things, too. No worries. Pop in here to get the teacher’s guide, the summaries, the conclusions…to see my Annotations.
Annotations on Writing
Because writing clarifies what we think and feel…
…And Wine…
Because life is complex and flavorful..
…And Wellness.
It’s a journey, and I’ll keep us on the path.
“I’ve got the time…
…so I’ll take the notes.“
